HW200HFS high pressure pump is a new medium and low pressure large flow pump developed by our company with a maximum working pressure of 700bar. The maximum input power of the power end is 200kW. The liquid end uses finite element analysis method to optimize the structure to ensure stable and reliable continuous operation. The integral pump head optimizes the pressure chamber structure. The pump type can meet the working pressure of 700bar and the continuous operation of flow rate 120254L/min. It can be used for large diameter pipe cleaning, powder metallurgy, chemical industry reactor tank cleaning and desalinizing, large pipeline water injection and pressure test. This series of products can deliver 0SO't of clear water, emulsion and chemical liquids similar to clear water.
Application industry: largescale pipeline cleaning, pressure test, powder metallurgy, new energy cleaning, chemical industry reactor cleaning and descaling, etc.
