HW250D-S series high-pressure plunger pump is based on the new 250kW power end, and matches a variety of transmission speed ratios, matching the new split hydraulic end, and is independently developed and designed by our R & D personnel to design a new generation of high-pressure plunger pump products with a pressure of up to 160MPa.
Technical features: 1. Straight-through hydraulic end, advanced technology, reasonable design, higher volumetric efficiency. 2. The high sealing adopts new polymer material. 3. Carbide plunger is strong and durable. 4. Easy maintenance: one person can complete the maintenance of the hydraulic end and replace the wearing parts. 5. The hydraulic end parts are made of precipitation hardened martensitic stainless steel, which is reliable and durable. 6. The power end adopts the finite element design method to optimize the force structure and improve the reliability of the lubrication system. 7. This product matches the new diaphragm type safety valve (original imported diaphragm) with simple operation, safe and reliable. This series of products can transport 0~50 °C water, emulsion and other liquids with chemical properties similar to water.
This series of high-pressure pumps are widely used in jet cleaning, electric power, powder metallurgy and other industries.
