3. The bodywork equipment adopts 132KW Cummins water-cooled diesel engine to provide power source for the whole set of equipment, including high-pressure pump power, vacuum fan power, hydraulic pump power, etc., after optimized design to make it more compact.
4. 132D large high pressure plunger pump. The product has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight, high water power per unit weight, etc., and is safe and reliable to use.
5. Under the same suction power and air volume, the high-pressure vacuum fan is smaller in size, simple in structure and easy to connect than the three-blade blower.
6. The hydraulic system of the whole vehicle adopts the structure of hydraulic superimposed valve, and the hydraulic pipeline circulation is carried out inside the valve group to reduce the external hydraulic pipeline. The hydraulic oil cooling adopts the high-pressure pump inlet water cooling method, and the structure is more optimized. The connection line between the valve group and the actuator adopts a rigid pipe connection for more reliable performance
7. The front-end actuator adopts 5-way hydraulic actuator, which can control the plane cleaner to clean freely within a radius of 2.5 meters.
8. The transfer case adopts Rexroth hydraulic components imported from Germany, which has reliable performance. It can ensure that the vehicle can drive at low speed at 0-19m/min.
9. The reasonable matching ratio between the water purification tank and the sewage tank can ensure that each water purification installation and sewage discharge time are synchronized with several households.
10. The remote operating system inside the cab can realize remote operation of the whole set of bodywork equipment, including secondary start/stop, high-pressure pump pressurization/unloading, operation of front-end actuators and control of vehicle speed.
11. The front operation camera can monitor the road cleaning status in real time and store it in time to ensure that it can be seen and checked.
