The high-pressure cleaning equipment of the polymerization kettle utilizes the kinetic energy of high-pressure water jet to break down, peel off and remove the hard scale on the inner wall of the reaction vessel and the surface of the mixer.
(1) Telescopic arm positioning mechanism:
① Vertical feed. According to different polymerization kettle size specifications, different positioning mechanisms can be selected to achieve different vertical feed depths. The vertical feed movement can stop the nozzle at any height position for cleaning operations.
② Tilt (pitch). A rotating fulcrum is set between the positioning rod and the base, which can tilt a certain angle relative to the axis of the polymerization kettle, with a maximum tilt of 45 °, to ensure that the nozzle is close to the inner wall of the polymerization kettle.
③ Rotate. The entire positioning mechanism can rotate relative to the inner wall of the polymerization kettle, with a rotation angle of up to 150 °
The manual positioning and telescopic mechanism of the three-dimensional rotating nozzle is installed on the reaction chamber manhole, and the telescopic rod extends into the reaction chamber, which can extend the cleaning head to the cleaned surface, shorten the target distance, and provide cleaning effect. The telescopic rod can avoid obstacles within the reaction zone during movement. The three-dimensional rotating nozzle is installed at the front end of the telescopic rod.
(2) Reel type telescopic positioning mechanism:
① The coil type cleaning mechanism is installed in the cleaning holes on both sides of the reaction kettle, and is driven by an explosion-proof servo motor to drive the high-pressure rubber hose coiler. The three-dimensional rotating nozzle is installed at the head of the rubber hose, and enters the interior of the reaction kettle through the cleaning holes, reciprocating up and down in a vertical direction.
② The three-dimensional rotating nozzle can rotate 360 ° horizontally relative to the inner wall of the polymerization kettle, while the nozzle can rotate 360 ° relative to the nozzle, thus forming a three-dimensional cleaning of the polymerization kettle.
The three-dimensional rotating nozzle has two nozzles, and high-pressure water is sprayed out from the two rotating nozzles. When the cleaning nozzle rotates horizontally, the rotating torque formed by the two water jets drives the two nozzles to rotate in the vertical plane. The three-dimensional rotating nozzle can rotate 360 ° in both the vertical plane and the horizontal plane. The telescopic rod drives the three-dimensional rotating nozzle to move to the working points on the inner wall of the reactor and the surface of the mixer for cleaning. Due to the composite motion of the three-dimensional rotating nozzle and the telescopic rod, the high-pressure water jet can cover any position within the reactor, completing the cleaning of the reactor.
