How to maintain a high-pressure pump?

Maintenance is divided into daily maintenance and regular maintenance. Daily maintenance includes: checking if the lubricating oil is sufficient before starting the machine, checking if all connecting parts are tightly connected, checking if the filter is clean, etc. After completing the high-pressure cleaning task, drain the residual water from the equipment, wipe the machine clean, store the water inlet and outlet pipes, and place the equipment in a well-ventilated and dry place. Regular maintenance is also required, such as regularly changing the oil. Usually, after 200 hours of operation, replace the new oil to prevent poor lubrication and wear of the machine due to old oil. Regularly check whether the sealing rings are aging, and replace the new sealing rings in time to maintain good sealing of the equipment.
