Determine the number of high-pressure pumps and the redundancy rate
For a normally operating high-pressure pump, generally only one is used, because one large high-pressure pump is equivalent to two small high-pressure pumps working in parallel (referring to the same head and flow rate). The large high-pressure pump has higher efficiency than the small high-pressure pump, so from an energy-saving perspective, it is better to choose one large high-pressure pump instead of two small high-pressure pumps. However, in the following situations, two high-pressure pumps can be considered for parallel operation:

How should a high-pressure pump be stored when not in use?
During periods of non-use, the high-pressure pump should be promptly lifted from the water source and drained of any accumulated water, especially during cold winter months. Then, store it in a dry place. Users who can, should also apply grease to key areas of the high-pressure pump and add lubricating oil to the bearings to prevent parts from rusting. Additionally, extended periods of non-use are not necessarily better for a high-pressure pump. Prolonged disuse not only makes parts prone to rust but also shortens the pump's lifespan.
