How to maintain a high-pressure pump?
Maintenance is divided into daily maintenance and regular maintenance. Daily maintenance includes: checking if the lubricating oil is sufficient before starting the machine, checking if all connecting parts are tightly connected, checking if the filter is clean, etc. After completing the high-pressure cleaning task, drain the residual water from the equipment, wipe the machine clean, store the water inlet and outlet pipes, and place the equipment in a well-ventilated and dry place. Regular maintenance is also required, such as regularly changing the oil. Usually, after 200 hours of operation, replace the new oil to prevent poor lubrication and wear of the machine due to old oil. Regularly check whether the sealing rings are aging, and replace the new sealing rings in time to maintain good sealing of the equipment.

Check that all connecting parts are tightly connected, and that the filter is clean, etc.
Check that all connecting parts are tightly connected, and check that the filter screen is clean, etc. After the high-pressure cleaning task is completed, drain the residual water from the machine and equipment, wipe the machine clean, store the water inlet and outlet pipes, and place the equipment in a well-ventilated and dry place. Regular maintenance and maintenance are also required, and the oil should be changed regularly. Usually, after 200 hours of operation, replace the new oil to prevent poor lubrication and wear of the old oil. Regularly check whether the sealing ring is aging, and replace the new sealing ring in time to maintain the good sealing performance of the equipment.
What issues should we pay attention to when using a high-pressure cleaning pump?
Check that all connecting components are securely connected, and check that the filter screen is clean, etc. After completing the high-pressure cleaning task, drain the residual water from the equipment, wipe the machine clean, store the inlet and outlet pipes, and place the equipment in a well-ventilated and dry place. Regular maintenance and maintenance are also required. Regularly change the engine oil. Typically, after 200 hours of operation, change to new engine oil to prevent poor lubrication and wear of the machine. Regularly check the O-rings for aging and replace them in a timely manner to maintain good sealing of the equipment.
Correct operation and usage can prevent malfunctions
Correct operation prevents faults, maintains good performance over the long term, and maximizes the equipment's effectiveness. As you know, high-pressure pumps have two parameters: maximum pressure and rated pressure. During operation, they should typically run at the rated pressure.

Determine the number of high-pressure pumps and the redundancy rate
For a normally operating high-pressure pump, generally only one is used, because one large high-pressure pump is equivalent to two small high-pressure pumps working in parallel (referring to the same head and flow rate). The large high-pressure pump has higher efficiency than the small high-pressure pump, so from an energy-saving perspective, it is better to choose one large high-pressure pump instead of two small high-pressure pumps. However, in the following situations, two high-pressure pumps can be considered for parallel operation:
How should a high-pressure pump be stored when not in use?
During periods of non-use, the high-pressure pump should be promptly lifted from the water source and drained of any accumulated water, especially during cold winter months. Then, store it in a dry place. Users who can, should also apply grease to key areas of the high-pressure pump and add lubricating oil to the bearings to prevent parts from rusting. Additionally, extended periods of non-use are not necessarily better for a high-pressure pump. Prolonged disuse not only makes parts prone to rust but also shortens the pump's lifespan.
